March 15th It's all Good Catering enjoyed preparing  heavy Hors D'oeuvres for 150 people.
The menu included:
Zucchini Bites
Veggie Pizza
Jumbo Shrimp cocktail
Crab and asparagus Tartlets
Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Caprese on a stick
Hummus with an array of veggies along with pita bread
Brownies
Raspberry bars
Delicious food added to a wonderful night of fundraising for St. Patrick School.

Today we are hosting an event for the Master of Science in Real Estate Alumni Mixer Reception at the University of Florida.

Our menu today is a plethora of delectable heavy hors d'oeuvres :)

This includes: Garden Veggie Pizza, a thin and crispy crust topped with whipped chive cream cheese, and freshly chopped black olives, scallions, red onions, multi-colored peppers, and tomatoes!

Pork and Corn Poppers, these tasty little critters are a burst of flavor. BBQ pork nestled in a blanket of cornbread! It's a hoedown in your mouth :)

Zucchini Bites (one of our signature items and a customer favorite)! Freshly graded onion, zucchini, and a blend of parmesan and cheddar cheeses mixed together and baked to perfection, keep the customers coming back for more!

Greek Wontons, these delicious bites bring the Mediterranean flavor to Florida! A blend of fresh spinach, scallions, feta, and cream cheese nestled in a light crispy wonton, burst with flavor from beginning to end!

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Kabobs pop with color and flavor! Green grapes, red strawberries, orange cantaloupe, yellow pineapple, and blue blueberries all skewered together are a favorite :)

Mini cupcakes provide a scrumptious desert to please the pallet!

All of these sinfully delicious items that make up this menu leave the customers with large smiles and full bellies :)

We celebrated the start of summer this past weekend with a fantastic pig roast! After a nice dry rub massage the piggy roasted in La Caja China for five hours. He was ready to serve with homemade black beans and rice, and a plethora of other fixings.
